Conditions of insurance

In respect of inflatable & leisure Play Equipment Operators

• Any inflatable device is:

• Fully secured to the ground during use
• Fully supervised by an adult at all times
• All persons shall remove footwear prior to use
• No food or drink shall be allowed on the equipment
• No painted faces to be allowed on any castle till fully dry (to ensure castles remain in good condition)
• The equipment will at all times be maintained and operated an accordance with Health and Safety Guidance note PM 76 / Entertainment Sheet No 7 – inflatable bouncing devices
• Equipment be used by persons 16 years of age and under (unless adult insurance applies)
• Any inflatable device on licensed premises is operated in a fenced of glass free area
• The equipment MUST be supervised by the insured, hirer or an appointed person, over 18 years – AT ALL TIMES
• The equipment must be installed and erected on site by the insured, or suitable experience employee of the insured
• No persons(s) shall be allowed to partake whilst under the influence of alcohol, drugs &/or any other intoxicating substance
• Where adults are permitted, children are not permitted to participate on the same equipment at the same time as adults
